Returns & Refunds
Here at Vixen Vapors, you can rest assured knowing that you are ordering a custom made hand crafted e-Liquid product made for your exact specifications. Due to our commitment to offering customized e-Liquid products we are unable to accept returns or refund the purchase of any e-Liquids. We can also not accept returns or refund any product that is used orally, such as drip tips.
Further, we can only accept returns on unopened, undamaged, and unused hardware products with in 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. It is asked you ship the item back to us as soon as you are able so we can issue a refund or exchange the item for you.
Did you open the item and realize it is incorrect? Not to worry, batteries, tanks, mods, devices, and some accessories may be returned, with a 15% restocking fee, if they have been opened, under the following conditions: the item is unused, undamaged, has all components, has original packaging, and is returned with in 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
We will be happy to exchange an unopened, undamaged, and unused product, within 30 days of purchase, and with proof purchase, for a different item or items that equal the same value of the initial item purchased. We can not exchange e-Liquid products, as they are made specifically with you in mind!
We can also exchange opened, unused, undamaged, hardware products, within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, for a different item or items equal to 85% of the initial item purchased. We apply a 15% restocking fee to any opened, returnable hardware. Again, we can not exchange e-Liquids.
If you need to cancel your order we ask you call our online support team within 24 hours of your purchase, at (817) 708-2824, their operating hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST. At Vixen Vapors, we strive to have a 24 hour turn around on all orders, so orders that have already been processed and shipped will not be able to be cancelled.
