Shipping Rates

All shipping rates are for USPS First Class and USPS Priority Class. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, except on Sunday, but no guarantees can be made. Orders placed on Saturday after 10:00 AM Central Standard Time will be shipped on the following Monday, with the exception of federal holidays. We will try our best to get them out as soon as possible. For domestic customers, you will receive a tracking number via email after your shipping label has been paid for and printed. This does not mean that the package has been dropped off at the post office just yet, so you may notice that your tracking number is "invalid" or has "lack of information" for up to 48 hours after receipt of the notification.

We do ship to Canada using First Class International but cannot guarantee delivery due to Customs or other potential issues. You are provided with shipping information and delivery normally takes about a week from date of shipping. If orders start becoming lost in shipment, we will either cancel the option to deliver to Canada or we may upgrade shipping to a higher class with tracking information, which will result in higher shipping costs.

PLEASE NOTE: We have resumed shipping to Canada.

At this time we are unable to ship outside of USA and Canada. However, we are looking to offer this option in the future.

Delivery Times

USPS First Class normally delivers in 3 to 5 business days.

USPS Priority Class normally delivers in 2 to 5 business days.

USPS International First Class normally delivers in 7 to 10 business days.

Please note that all orders over 11oz are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Class due to USPS First Class weight restrictions of 13oz.

Same Day Shipping

On most orders placed before 10:00 AM Central Standard Time on Monday through Friday, we try our best to ship out same day. This is not a guarantee, but we will try our best to get it out that same day. This policy is subject to change without notice at anytime.
